The ultimate shred and sweat! Full warm up including jumprope followed by rounds on the bags, mitts, and partner drills. This class includes tons of technique! Basic experience preferred, but not required. Gloves and wraps provided for new clients. Be ready to push yourself farther than you thought possible!
This class is designed for new salsa students learning the foundational footwork and partnering skills. In this class the goal is to master the four cornerstones of salsa which are the basic step, the right turn, the cross-body-lead and the back break. You will learn how to count the music so that you will dance on beat!!
Buti Yoga is a Shakti awakening yoga practice that combines power yoga, tribal dance, primal movement, and plyometrics into a high intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. Training the core with spiral structure techniques that transform the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. The energy is high, the bass is loud, and the moves are sexy! This class is challenging, sweaty, and fast--but all levels are welcome!

In the Level 1 class we will go over basic boxing techniques and move at a slightly slower pace. But get ready to sweat! (Bring gloves, studio has gloves for newbies.)
TRX-BOX Combo gives you a fast paced full body workout on the TRX followed by a 30 minute boxing circuit designed to elevate your heart rate as well as push your muscles and mind. In the level 2 class we will move at a faster pace, do longer rounds, and more complicated phrases. Get ready to sweat! (Please bring wraps and gloves.)
