  • TRX-Box Combo Open Level
  • TRX-BOX Combo gives you a fast paced full body workout on the TRX followed by a 30 minute boxing circuit designed to elevate your heart rate as well as push your muscles and mind. Get ready to sweat! (All levels welcome to "open" class. Bring gloves, studio has gloves for newbies.)

  • TRX
  • In this revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight training developed by a Navy SEAL officer, every exercise becomes a full body workout. All core, all the time. You will build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries. The intensity of the workout is instantly adjustable so beginners can work out side by side with seasoned veterans. A fun and intense workout!

  • BOXING
  • The ultimate shred and sweat! Full warm up including jumprope followed by rounds on the bags, mitts, and partner drills. This class includes tons of technique! Basic experience preferred, but not required. Gloves and wraps provided for new clients. Be ready to push yourself farther than you thought possible!

  • TRX-Box Combo Level 1
  • TRX-BOX Combo gives you a fast paced full body workout on the TRX followed by a 30 minute boxing circuit designed to elevate your heart rate as well as push your muscles and mind. In the Level 1 class we will go over basic boxing techniques and move at a slightly slower pace. But get ready to sweat! (Bring gloves, studio has gloves for newbies.)

  • TRX-Box Combo Level 2
  • TRX-BOX Combo gives you a fast paced full body workout on the TRX followed by a 30 minute boxing circuit designed to elevate your heart rate as well as push your muscles and mind. In the level 2 class we will move at a faster pace, do longer rounds, and more complicated phrases. Get ready to sweat! (Please bring wraps and gloves.)
